1. Where we deliver
We arrange delivery throughout the United Arab Emirates and may arrange international delivery to supported destinations. Availability depends on the component, supplier location, carrier coverage, import rules, parcel size, weight and whether the item is classified as restricted or dangerous goods.
A destination shown on the website is not a guarantee that every component can be shipped there. We confirm serviceability before accepting the order or explain any collection, freight-forwarding or alternative-delivery option available.
2. Understanding the delivery estimate
The total time for an order is made up of separate stages. A carrier transit time is not the same as the complete time needed to source and deliver a part.
| Stage | What happens | What can affect it |
|---|---|---|
|
Supplier processing
|
The supplier confirms stock, prepares the item and releases it for collection. | Stock allocation, warehouse handling, weekends, public holidays and export documentation. |
|
International transit
|
The carrier moves the shipment from the supplier country to the destination market. | Carrier schedule, route, security screening, weather, disruption and dangerous-goods controls. |
|
Customs clearance
|
The shipment is declared, assessed and released by the relevant authority. | Valuation, inspection, permits, duties, taxes and requests for documents. |
|
Final delivery
|
A local carrier delivers to the approved address or collection point. | Remote-area service, access restrictions, recipient availability and oversized handling. |
The quotation or order confirmation will provide the best estimate available for the complete order. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, all sourcing and delivery dates are estimates rather than fixed deadlines.
3. Shipping methods
Depending on the order, we may offer:
- UAE local delivery for stock already located in the UAE;
- international express courier for suitable small and medium components;
- standard air service where speed and cost need to be balanced;
- road, sea or consolidated freight for large, heavy or lower-urgency orders;
- specialist freight for fragile panels, glass, engines, gearboxes, body kits or palletised goods; and
- customer collection or delivery to a nominated workshop where agreed.
Not every method is available for every product or destination. If more than one option is available, the quotation may show the expected timing and cost of each option so that you can choose before payment.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated for the specific order using the supplier location, destination, actual or volumetric weight, dimensions, service speed, declared value, packaging, insurance and handling requirements. Large but lightweight items such as bumpers, spoilers and body-kit panels may be charged using volumetric weight.
The quotation will state whether the price includes shipping to the named destination and whether customs duties, import VAT, brokerage, remote-area charges or other destination costs are included or payable separately. A revised charge may be required if the customer changes the address, delivery method or order contents after approval.
5. UAE orders
For UAE delivery, the quotation will identify the delivery emirate and any known local-delivery charge. The customer must provide a complete address, mobile number, building or villa details and any access instructions. Some industrial areas, free zones, islands and remote locations may require extra time or a carrier surcharge.
Where the component is imported for a UAE customer, customs clearance may take place before the local delivery stage. We will state in the quotation whether the agreed price includes the expected import and clearance charges handled by us.
6. International orders
International delivery is subject to destination-country rules and carrier acceptance. Unless the quotation expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs brokerage, permits, storage and other destination charges.
The recipient may be contacted by the carrier or customs authority and asked for an identification document, tax number, import permit, proof of value or payment of charges. Failure to provide requested information can delay, return or abandon the shipment and may create additional costs.
7. Customs and import requirements
We declare shipments using the correct description and transaction value and will not understate a value or misdescribe an item. Customs authorities may inspect, revalue, hold or reject a shipment. Any customs estimate supplied before shipping is provisional unless the quotation clearly states otherwise.
Some components require approval or cannot be imported into a particular country. The customer is responsible for confirming local road-use, emissions, safety and import rules where the item is delivered outside the UAE. We may decline an order that cannot be shipped or imported lawfully.
8. Restricted and dangerous components
Certain automotive items cannot travel through ordinary parcel networks or may require specialist documentation and packaging. These can include:
- airbags, seat-belt pretensioners and other pyrotechnic safety devices;
- lithium, lead-acid and other vehicle batteries;
- oils, fuels, refrigerants, paints, aerosols, adhesives and pressurised products;
- engines, gearboxes, pumps or used assemblies that contain fluid or residue;
- used tyres or other goods restricted by the destination authority; and
- oversized, unusually heavy, sharp, fragile or high-value components.
These items may require drained fluids, safety declarations, certified packaging, freight-only service or a different route. If a requested component cannot be shipped safely or legally, we will explain this before accepting the order or propose an available alternative.
9. Large fragile and body components
Bumpers, bonnets, wings, doors, glass, lamps, body kits and similar components require careful packaging and may travel by freight rather than standard courier. The quotation may include reinforced packaging, a crate, pallet handling or additional insurance where available.
Painted or used panels may show minor storage or handling marks consistent with their stated condition. The product condition will be addressed in the quotation; transit damage is handled separately under section 13 below.
10. Tracking and delivery updates
We provide tracking information when the selected carrier makes it available. Tracking normally begins after the supplier has released the component and the carrier has collected or scanned it. A tracking number created in advance does not necessarily mean the parcel is already moving.
Some freight, consolidated and supplier-to-agent movements do not provide live consumer tracking at every stage. In those cases, we provide milestone updates such as supplier collected, export dispatched, customs clearance, UAE arrival and out for delivery.
You can also track your order anytime via our dedicated Customer Tracking Portal.
11. Address changes and delivery instructions
Check the recipient name, telephone number and delivery address before approving the quotation. Address changes after dispatch are subject to carrier approval and may cause delay or an additional fee. We cannot guarantee a reroute once customs processing or final delivery has started.
Delivery instructions are requests and cannot override carrier safety, building-access or identification requirements. A signature, one-time code or identity check may be required for high-value shipments.
12. Partial shipments
Where an order contains several components from different suppliers or locations, we may offer to ship them separately or consolidate them. Separate shipping can be faster but may cost more and may create more than one customs entry. Consolidation can reduce handling but may delay the whole order until every item is ready.
We will obtain approval before introducing a material additional shipping charge. Each parcel or freight unit may have its own tracking reference and delivery date.
13. Inspecting a delivery and reporting damage
Inspect the package count and external condition when delivery is attempted. If packaging is visibly crushed, punctured, wet, opened or incomplete, record this on the carrier delivery confirmation where possible and take clear photographs before opening.
After opening, compare the delivered part number, quantity and condition with the order. Keep the item, labels, internal packaging, outer packaging and delivery documents until the issue is resolved.
Report visible damage, shortage or an incorrect item to us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, and send:
- your order or quotation number;
- photographs of every side of the outer packaging;
- photographs of the shipping label and packaging materials;
- clear photographs or video of the component and damage; and
- a description of what is missing, damaged or incorrect.
Prompt evidence helps us meet carrier claim deadlines. A preferred reporting period does not remove any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies by law. Do not install, paint, programme, cut, modify or discard a component that may be the subject of a claim.
14. Failed delivery storage and return to sender
The carrier may make a limited number of delivery attempts or hold the shipment at a depot. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, access is refused, charges are unpaid or required documents are not provided, the carrier may charge for redelivery, storage, return or disposal.
We will try to contact the customer using the order details. Additional costs caused by customer or recipient action may be payable before another delivery attempt or deducted from any available refund, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Delays outside our control
International parts movements can be affected by supplier stock changes, export checks, customs inspection, carrier capacity, route disruption, severe weather, public holidays, industrial action, sanctions, security events and other matters outside our reasonable control.
We will provide reasonable updates when we become aware of a material delay. If an estimated delivery date is important, tell us before approving the quotation so that we can confirm the most suitable available service and explain any limitation.
16. Returns are a separate process
A delivery being completed does not automatically mean a component is eligible for return. Returns, compatibility issues, cancellations, warranties and defective or incorrectly supplied goods are handled under our Terms and Conditions and the product-specific quotation. Contact us for return authorisation before sending any item back.
17. Contact us about a shipment
