Important: These Terms govern use of wesourceparts.com and every request, quotation and order placed with WE SOURCE PARTS. Please read them before submitting a request or making payment. Your quotation and order confirmation may contain additional product-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the order confirmation will apply to that order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

1. About WE SOURCE PARTS

WE SOURCE PARTS is an automotive parts sourcing service operated by the legal entity identified above (“WSP”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We assist vehicle owners, garages, workshops, body shops, dealers, fleets and other businesses in identifying and sourcing automotive components from suppliers in the UAE and international markets.

The applicable quotation will state whether we are supplying the relevant component to you as seller or arranging the purchase as a sourcing or procurement intermediary. This distinction may affect which party issues the product invoice, warranty and return authorisation.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website, submitting a sourcing request, approving a quotation, making payment or accepting delivery, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and vehicle information.

3. Our sourcing service

You may ask us to source a part by providing a VIN or chassis number, OEM part number, description, photographs or other vehicle information. We may search authorised dealers, manufacturers, distributors, aftermarket suppliers, dismantlers, recyclers and other third-party sources.

Submitting a request does not oblige us to find or supply a part and does not reserve supplier stock. Availability remains subject to confirmation until we accept your order and, where applicable, the supplier confirms allocation.

We may offer one or more of the following categories. The category and condition will be stated in the quotation:

  • Genuine: supplied in or as an original vehicle-manufacturer branded product, where lawfully available.
  • OEM: made by an original-equipment manufacturer or equivalent production source but not necessarily supplied in vehicle-manufacturer packaging.
  • Aftermarket: produced by an independent manufacturer as a replacement, upgrade or styling component.
  • Verified used: previously fitted or used and described according to the information and inspection evidence available to us or the supplier.
  • Reconditioned or remanufactured: restored or rebuilt, with the stated supplier specification and warranty.

Brand names, model names and part numbers are used only to identify compatibility or origin. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with or authorised by any vehicle manufacturer.

4. Vehicle identification and compatibility

You are responsible for providing the complete and correct VIN, chassis or frame number, registration market, vehicle specification, production date, engine and transmission information, part number and photographs reasonably requested by us.

A VIN decoder, catalogue or supplier database is an identification aid and is not an unconditional guarantee of compatibility. Vehicles may have market-specific equipment, mid-production changes, retrofits, modifications, accident repairs or replaced assemblies that are not shown in standard data.

We will take reasonable steps to verify the requested component against the information supplied. You must review the vehicle details, part description, side and position, quantity, colour or finish, software or coding requirement and any exclusions in the quotation before approving it. If you provide incomplete or incorrect information or override our compatibility warning, resulting return, freight, restocking or replacement costs may be charged to you to the extent permitted by law.

5. Photographs and uploaded material

You confirm that you have the right to provide any photographs, documents or other material submitted to us. You grant us a limited licence to use that material only to identify the vehicle or component, obtain supplier quotations, fulfil the order, prevent fraud and handle support or legal obligations. Please remove unrelated personal information before uploading documents.

6. Quotations

A quotation will normally identify the component, available category and condition, price, currency, taxes where applicable, estimated sourcing or delivery period, shipping basis, warranty information known at the time and any special conditions.

Unless the quotation states otherwise, quotations are valid for 48 hours and remain subject to stock, supplier confirmation, currency movement and freight availability. A quotation is not an accepted order until we issue an order confirmation after receiving cleared payment or an approved deposit.

Photographs supplied with a quotation may be illustrative unless identified as photographs of the exact used or individual component offered. Minor packaging differences do not by themselves make a compatible product defective.

7. Orders and contract formation

Your approval of a quotation is an offer to purchase or instruct us to source the identified component. A binding order is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation. An automated payment acknowledgement alone does not confirm supplier stock or acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if the item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted, suspected to involve fraud, incompatible based on later information, or cannot lawfully be supplied. In that event, we will refund amounts received for the unavailable item, subject to any lawful and clearly disclosed costs already incurred at your instruction.

8. Prices taxes and payment

Prices and the applicable currency will be shown in the quotation. UAE VAT and other charges will be shown as required. You must pay using an approved payment method and may be asked to complete identity, anti-fraud or billing verification.

International card, currency-conversion, receiving-bank or intermediary-bank charges imposed by third parties are your responsibility unless the quotation states otherwise. We do not store full payment-card details when payment is processed by an authorised payment provider.

We will provide an order record or detailed invoice as required for purchases completed through technological means.

9. Deposits staged payments and credit

A quotation may require full payment, a non-refundable sourcing fee, a deposit or staged payments. The quotation will identify which amounts are payable and when. A deposit is not described as non-refundable unless that status and the reason are clearly stated before payment and are lawful.

Trade credit, if offered, is subject to separate written approval, credit limits and payment terms. We may suspend sourcing or delivery of other orders when undisputed amounts are overdue.

10. Special orders and cancellation

Most parts sourced specifically against a VIN, chassis number, customer specification, supplier order or international procurement request are special-order items. Before supplier commitment, you may request cancellation in writing. After we or the supplier has committed to the purchase, cancellation is subject to supplier approval and may involve non-recoverable supplier, freight, currency, handling or restocking costs.

We will explain any proposed deduction and provide available supporting information. Nothing in this section removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

Custom-painted, programmed, coded, installed, modified, electrical or electronic components; opened sealed components; body kits made or prepared to order; and correctly supplied used components are not eligible for change-of-mind return unless the quotation, supplier policy or applicable law says otherwise.

11. Sourcing times and availability

Sourcing, supplier processing and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. International procurement can be affected by supplier stock changes, export documentation, customs inspection, carrier schedules, dangerous-goods restrictions, weather and other matters outside our reasonable control.

We will provide reasonable updates and notify you of a material delay. A delay does not automatically entitle a business customer to cancel a special order where the supplier has already accepted or dispatched it, except where the order confirmation or applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Delivery collection and risk

Delivery method, destination, cost and estimated period will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. You must provide a complete accessible address and a recipient authorised to accept the shipment. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, storage or redelivery may be charged to you.

Inspect the external condition and package count on delivery. Where reasonably possible, record visible damage on the carrier document and photograph the packaging before opening. Report missing items, transit damage or an incorrect item promptly using the contact details in section 26.

Risk of physical loss passes on delivery to you or your nominated recipient, except to the extent applicable law or an agreed delivery term provides otherwise. Ownership passes only after we receive all amounts due for the relevant order.

13. Customs duties and import restrictions

For deliveries outside the UAE, the recipient is normally responsible for import permits, duties, taxes, customs brokerage, storage and local compliance unless the quotation expressly uses a delivery basis under which we accept those charges. Customs authorities may request identity, tax or vehicle documentation.

You must not ask us to misdescribe goods or declare an artificial value. If a shipment is refused, abandoned or returned because required charges or documents were not provided, we may deduct the resulting lawful costs from any refund.

14. Inspection and notification

Before installation, compare the delivered part number, connectors, dimensions, mounting points, side, colour or finish and included accessories against the order and the removed component. Do not install, paint, code, cut or modify a part that appears incorrect or damaged.

Notify us as soon as reasonably possible of a delivery discrepancy. Business customers should report visible damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours and concealed issues within 7 calendar days, without affecting rights that cannot be limited by law. Keep all packaging, labels and supporting photographs until the issue is resolved.

15. Returns

Contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed. The return address may be different from our business address because some items must be returned directly to the original supplier.

An eligible standard-stock item may be considered for change-of-mind return if you request authorisation within 7 calendar days of delivery and the item is unused, uninstalled, unprogrammed, complete, undamaged and in resalable original packaging. Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to return freight and a disclosed supplier restocking charge. Special-order exclusions in section 10 apply.

A returned item will be inspected before any refund or replacement is approved. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Damaged defective or incorrect goods

If a component is damaged in transit, materially defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied, contact us promptly with the order number, photographs or video, packaging and a clear description. We may require diagnostic information, error codes, an installer report or return inspection where reasonably relevant.

Subject to the circumstances, supplier process and applicable law, the remedy may be repair, replacement, re-supply, price adjustment or refund. We will not charge a consumer return cost where the goods are confirmed defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied and the law requires us to bear that cost.

A used, reconditioned or remanufactured component is assessed against its disclosed age, mileage, condition and description rather than the cosmetic standard of a new item. Ordinary wear clearly disclosed before purchase is not a defect.

17. Warranties

The warranty period and provider, if any, will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Different warranties may apply to genuine, OEM, aftermarket, used, reconditioned, performance, electrical and body components. A manufacturer or supplier warranty may require return to a particular country or authorised inspection centre.

Unless prohibited by law, warranty does not cover incorrect installation, failure to complete required programming or calibration, misuse, motorsport or competition use, collision, flooding, overheating, contamination, unauthorised modification, normal wear, consequential damage to another component or a vehicle fault unrelated to the supplied item.

No statement by a supplier or staff member changes a written warranty unless confirmed in the order documentation. Mandatory legal warranties and remedies remain unaffected.

18. Installation coding and road use

We do not provide installation unless separately agreed in writing. Parts must be checked and fitted by a suitably qualified technician using correct procedures, tools, fluids, fasteners and safety measures. Electronic modules, lighting, sensors, keys and safety systems may require programming, coding, calibration or component protection removal by an authorised specialist.

Aftermarket, styling, body-kit and performance products may affect vehicle warranty, insurance, emissions, noise, roadworthiness or registration. You are responsible for confirming local legality, insurer acceptance and safe use before installation. Products described for off-road, display or competition use must not be used on public roads where unlawful.

19. Trade customers and resale

Trade customers must independently inspect suitability, communicate product category and warranty accurately to their customer and maintain appropriate installation and sales records. Unless agreed otherwise, trade prices and supplier details are confidential and are not an offer of exclusivity.

If you resell a component, you are responsible for your own customer contract and legal obligations. You must not remove serial numbers, misrepresent a used or aftermarket item as genuine new stock, or use our name as manufacturer authorisation.

20. Website information and third party services

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but catalogue data, vehicle specifications, images, exchange rates and supplier availability may contain errors or change without notice. Website content is general information and is not a substitute for a confirmed written quotation.

The website may use third-party services for VIN decoding, catalogues, payments, maps, communications and shipment tracking. Their availability and output may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for an unrelated third-party website merely because we provide a link to it.

21. Intellectual property

The website, WSP branding, original text, graphics, software and campaign materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, scraped, republished or commercially exploited without written permission. Vehicle-manufacturer names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification where applicable.

22. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, automate excessive requests, submit fraudulent information, infringe another person’s rights or use the service to obtain restricted goods unlawfully. We may block access or cancel affected requests where reasonably necessary to protect customers, suppliers or the service.

23. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Subject to the previous paragraph, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or vehicle hire arising from a delay, incompatibility or product issue, particularly where the loss was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.

For a business customer, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to us for the affected item. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or where the order confirmation expressly provides a greater remedy.

24. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier shutdown, port or customs delay, transport disruption, natural event, war, sanctions, government action, labour disruption, epidemic, cyber incident or failure of essential infrastructure. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and keep you informed.

25. Privacy and electronic communications

We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting a request, you agree that we may contact you by email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp where necessary to quote, verify, fulfil and support your request. Marketing communications require the appropriate consent and may be stopped using the method provided.

27. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or dispute process, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written correspondence for at least 15 business days, except where urgent relief is required or a limitation period is approaching.

28. General terms

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer an order without our written consent; we may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a lawful business transfer without reducing your mandatory rights.

These Terms, the accepted quotation, order confirmation, Privacy Policy and any stated warranty or shipping terms form the agreement for the order. They replace earlier discussions about the same order, but do not exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

29. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law or business operations. The version effective when an order is accepted will normally govern that order unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed. The effective date appears at the beginning of this document.
